HOD 2024 – Foston’s Journey: from the Doomsday Book to today, and beyond.

September 14 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Part of the Lincolnshire HODs Festival 2024

Charles Dickens in Foston? Explore Foston’s Heritage Trail to learn about the famous and the locals who have shaped Foston from medieval times onwards. A key location on a busy route – it’s surprising who has visited!

Numbers will be restricted on the Tower Tours so you may need to wait to climb. We hope they will run both Saturdays, but it is weather dependent.
St Peter’s Church is a Grade 1 listed building, and whilst we make access as easy as possible, there are uneven floors. The climb up the tower is not suitable for children under the age of 7 years due to the uneven steps.
