HOD 2024 – Market Rasen Station Adoption Group: 20 Years of Artwork and Flowers.

Part of the Lincolnshire HODs Festival 2024

Market Rasen Station Adoption Group have been caring for the public areas of the station since 2004; in that time we have develped it into an outdoor art gallery with paintings by local artists plus lots of colourful flower displays in planters and wall baskets. The fully restored Victorian waiting room on Platform 2 also holds paintings and a welcoming ‘fireplace’ and a railway themed quilt. We strive to make the area as beautiful as possible and we are fully supported by the local community.
