In this illustrated talk, Phil Espin and Phil Hyde – co-authors of Birds of Lincolnshire (2021) – will talk about the Great Bustard and other species that once bred in Lincolnshire but have now long been lost. However, the duo’s story is far from being all gloom and doom. The past 25 years have seen some welcome arrivals – Little Egret and Cetti’s Warbler to name but two. And could there be more to follow?
