HODs – The Ted Lewis Get Carter Experience
10 September 2022 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Part of the Lincolnshire HODs Festival 2022
Our fascinating Exhibition and Get Carter Experience is open all Heritage Week. ‘Who was Ted Lewis?’ will be presented by biographers who knew the artist. Conducted Ted Lewis Town or Humber Bank Trails will take visitors back to the artist’s haunts and heyday. Iconic Ted Lewis films, Get Carter and The Serpent will be shown with crucial local references and film explanations from director, Mike Hodges including a new arrangement of Roy Budd’s Get Carter theme. Enjoy a coffee at the standing exhibition and Get Carter experience with knowledgeable friendly guides and maybe tea, coffee or other refreshments.
