Join us for a variety of talks on the Medieval Kitchen with Forgotten Fare as they describe what it was like.  They will also bring relevant replica tools and utensils for handling and trying out so you can see what they really had to use.

Discover what equipment they used in the medieval kitchen. What did they cook, and how was it served?  What ingredients did they have?  How do you cook on an open fire with no temperature control?
