Heritage Lincolnshire receive second round of Cultural Recovery Fund

Heritage Lincolnshire are proud to announce that they have been successful in receiving a second round of Cultural Recovery Fund to continue supporting the recovery of the county’s heritage following the impacts of Coronavirus.   The funding comes from the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS).

 

The National Lottery Heritage Fund and Historic England have allocated £44 million to historic sites across England and Heritage Lincolnshire are one of those that will benefit from this funding alongside over 470 other heritage organisations.

 

Greg Pickup, CEO of Heritage Lincolnshire, says ‘At Heritage Lincolnshire we can’t wait to show off Lincolnshire’s incredible heritage in time for a summer of recovery and reopening, thanks to £147,400 funding from the government’s Culture Recovery Fund! This gives us a real sense of optimism for the future.’
